Our experienced and friendly IT technicians are available to attend your premises to assist you with your issue(s) – 24 hours / 7 days a week. Upon arrival our IT technician will diagnose the issue, provide the best solution to the matter and undertake the actions required, upon your approval, to get your items working again. We can assist with a wide range of technology including computers, printers, internet trouble shooting, smart phones and TVs and CCTV systems.

Onsite support is available for homes and businesses 24 hour / 7 days.

Onsite services start from $99 per 45 minutes, during business hours, for support within 10 kilometres from Knoxfield.

An surcharge of $30 applies for services on weekends or outside business hours and for locations greater than 10 kilometres away. Additional time exceeding 45 minutes is charged as $33 per 15 minute block. For more information please visit here.
